What started as a gritty crime drama quickly became a cultural staple, creating multiple spinoffs and a fan base that treats every new installment like a major event. Now, with another chapter of the series on the way, anticipation is building once again.
Part of that excitement comes from a fun detail for some viewers. Scenes for the upcoming project are reportedly being filmed in East Orange, New Jersey.
