Record Label Coming to Lincoln to Find Talent

New independent record label, Phire Music, is coming to Lincoln University to find their next new artist. Phire Music will be holding auditions April 9th at 9p.m. in the Ware Center. There will be a $10 audition fee.

Those who pass the audition will move on to the rap competition held April 13th.
Special guest judge will be Neef Buck of Young Gunz & State Property Atlantic Records. The winner will be signed to Phire Music for one song.

“A lot of Lincoln students aspire to be rappers,” said Ashley Sims, Lion Media’s media manager and chief operator, “I am excited that Lion Media can bring this opportunity to them. Who knows, this can be a Lincoln student’s big break.”
