HARRISBURG—On Tuesday, February 11, the brothers of Lincoln University’s People Standing United paid tribute to the life their fellow member Tariq Alexander Sinclair Williams in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Sinclair Williams, 28, died on Feb. 2 in a  one-vehicle accident on the City Avenue Bridge just outside Philadelphia.

During the tribute, the former Lincoln Lion was noted by many as “a natural leader” and “older brother” who touched the hearts of many people.

“He’s [was] a brother, a mentor, friend, and a leader…the glue of PSU. He’s one of a kind and a shoe [that] will be impossible to fill. He’ll be truly missed & forever loved,” stated Alir Rothwell, fellow member of PSU.

In honor of their fallen brother, the organization recently designed customized jerseys, with the letters “QB” on the sleeves of the jerseys standing for “Quiet Boy,” Sinclair Williams’ PSU moniker.

Sinclair Williams was a member of the Class of 2008 and became a member of People Standing United’s (PSU) Volume 5.

His brother, Rhys Williams, is a 2013 graduate of Lincoln University.
